We are looking for a 3-6 year out NSW Registered Architect to work with us at our Manly Beach studio on an exciting mix of public and community buildings, and bespoke residential projects.

If you have an eye for detail, technical aptitude, and a considered approach to architecture with an interest in socially and environmentally sustainable design then we would like to hear from you. We have a position available to join our small dedicated team of professionals, who are passionate about architecture and its role in serving the community.


3-6 Year Out NSW REGISTERED ARCHITECT Role:

The role offers involvement across all architectural stages, in the design and delivery of public and community buildings such as a new surf club at Maroubra, a new public amenities building in Glebe, and a new library and community hub in Windale.⁣ There is also an opportunity to be involved in bespoke residential projects including renovations and new dwellings.

The candidate would work closely with the Director at concept design stage and then take the project forward confidently with regular touch points along the way.

As we are a small team the role offers the opportunity to work across all aspects of architectural practice and stages of design, including concept design, community/stakeholder consultation (public projects), design development, 2D/3D documentation and contract administration. Managing projects with independence and accuracy. We also encourage a collaborative and open studio environment to test and finesse design ideas as a group.

Candidates with a thoughtful design process, a passion for construction detailing, technical aptitude for 2D and 3D CAD and good knowledge of local building codes (NCC and Australian Standards) and planning controls are invited to apply. Requirements summary:

3-6 years post-graduate experience in Australia and Architectural Registration in NSW.
Proficiency at Vectorworks 3D, or similar 3D BIM package.
Sound knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards and NSW planning controls.
Experience with SketchUp and Adobe CS Suite ideal but not essential.
